CROSS COUNTRY CARREER |
| | HOW AND WHEN DID YOU BEGIN CROSS-COUNTRY? | | At the age of four my father took my out. The only good part then was the hot chocolate. |
| | HAVE YOU HAD TO OVERCOME ANY SERIOUS INJURIES? | | Yes...a bulged disc, broken foot, cartilage tear in my hip, knee, and wrist. |
| | WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TRAINING REGIMEN? | | There is not enough space here to tell you. Basically train hard enough that I am on the edge of fatigue through the summer and just enough to keep me fast in the winter without losing shape. |
| | COACHES IN PAST AND PRESENT | | My Dad, Alain Parent, Mike Cavalier, Dave Wood, Arild Monsen, and Inge Braten. Currently I am my main coach with my Dad keeping a close eye. |
| | WHAT DO THE OLYMPICS MEAN TO YOU AND WHEN DID YOU REALIZE YOU WANTED TO BE AN OLYMPIAN? | | I wanted to be an Olympian ever since the National Team came to Rossland when I was about 10 years old. |
| | WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST | | Wining a bronze medal with Alex Harvey in the Whistler World Cup. |
