Hi folks

Wow, what an excitement team sprint we had, strong athletes performances, cheering audience and beautiful atmosphere on site, top TV pictures and some unexpected rankings, but that's the sport and favorites are not always winning.

And our next team event are scheduled, the relays for Men and Ladies will take place next couple of days. And of course there is a long history about those events, which have been popular since ever at the Games. Myself, I could remember at 1972, you might not know it, but the Swiss Men team was winning a bronze medal. At the time, Cross-Country hasn't been very popular in Switzerland, but this result ended in a big development and boom of the sport and was one of the key factor to make Cross-Country popular and well know in Switzerland.

Team mates are waiting after their legs, good performances increases the spirit. The whole team is cheering on the relay team. And we can always expect some surprises, four team mates have to perform well. And the weather forecast says, we can expect some new snow around 0°, it means the wax technicians get some extra tasks, good glide, good kick during the classical part and optimal ski, wax and structure in the free part.  

I'm sure, we will see some outstanding performances tomorrow and I expect some outsiders be on the top 3, but let's see and enjoy the Men relay first and Ladies relay the day after.
