The pursuit of the ladies was a great show. We saw very good performance under great conditions and the sun of the Callaghan Valley. I'm impressed by the performances of the ladies. They were really fighting hard and fair for their medals.

The podium was not a surprise of the Cross-Country world. All three ladies were among the favourites. Marit Bjoergen made with her second gold medal history in the Norwegian Cross-Country Sport. She is the first lady who made two gold medals at the Olympics in individual races. In total we had 6 different nations among the 10 best athletes, which showes that Cross-Country is a top sport in various countries.

Congratulation as well to the home favourite, the best canadian Sarah Renner finished tenth.

I guess, for tomorrow, we can also expect a very tight and interesting race. The men's pursuit will be a highlight of this 2010 Olympic Games.
