Yesterday I joined the national team in Super-Besse France, Auvergne for the training camp. Rollerski training, running workouts and Frnech rollerski national champs are on the schedule. Two year in the row the Champs took place in Vallouise. This time go  Massif Central, a mountainous region that we do not know much about. None of the team members live here. I pass through the region every year when I drive to Gers, but I do not know Super-Besse. I just know Murat as I was there once in June for French championships in mountain running and I must say I liked this corner of France very much. I can not wait to see what this place will offer us in terms of training. This week in our valley I did a good job.I was feeling well in training and I am in shape.
