Hi fans & friends,
I'm really glad to have the chance to inform you about my life in the Cross-Country World Cup on the brand-new Cross-Country Homepage.
The time flies, we just finished the last season and now already the winter is standing in front of our door. I'm really fired up for the new season and I would like to show what I can achieve. It is not one season, which is waiting of us, no - it is the Olympic Season!
My preparations have been optimal. I feel really well, I could train very well this summer - and you may not believe it but I was absolutely without any injuries. And it should continue like this.
Besides the training I had a lot to do and as well I am still searching for an individual sponsor. Are you interested? Just contact me ;-)
Now a brief view back to the past winter season and what happened there: In December 2008 I had a hernia and after that I had a difficult time with several illnesses. That meant that I started into the World Championships with still not being fit. But afterwards I had positive races with the sprint in Trondheim ;-) do you remember - Curdin Perl, the new spinter?! ;-) and the third place at the Engadin Ski Marathon, my home race. I was really satisfied with this result after the variable season.
When I stay healthy - and I will do everything for that - the Olympic winter will bring me forward. My hard training is paying off now and I am in a good shape so far - and that is what I would like to show you!
Talk to you soon!
Yours Curdin
