Additionally to these side events we had optimal training conditions. It was always really cold in the mornings but it got warmer during the day. Being a native from the Engadin, I had the role of the guide and we did ‘Cross-Country skiing by Perl' -) I showed my colleagues the best tracks but honestly not everyone always trusted me ...;-)
The training week also included two test races and I have to say I am getting in better and better shape. Things are definitely going in the right direction - I am ready for Vancouver!
On Wednesday we all went to Rothrist to get the clothes and other stuff for the Olympics. We received a great collection of items with the Olympics being just around the corner. I can already feel the pulse and the excitement of it all and am very much looking forward to the Games. On Saturday we already go to Canmore where we prepare for the last World Cup before the Olympics - yeahaa!
Talk to you soon,
Yours Curdin
