It's been a good week here in VT with a lot going on and a decent amount of training going down on my end. I've been putting in a lot of long easy distance workouts and also working a lot of long hours up in Weston working on the cabin.

We had one day last weekend where it was myself, Ethan, Ryan, and korpi just throwing up boards as fast as we could.
