On Sunday July 1st a roller skiing race in memory of Inge Braten is taking place in Sunne, Värmland. Organizers will welcome the biggest stars of Cross-Country skiing including Petter Northug and Marcus Hellner. “It feels really great to have such a great starting field. After hard work we have simply been the best,” Andreas Slätt who is the project and PR manager of Inge Braten Memorial.
Slätt points out that the event in Sunne is for all who love speed in combination with the festival. Last year 12.000 spectators were fetching Theodor Petterson to sprint for victory. “As every other outdoor event we rely on the weather, but we can guarantee passion and an exciting event. The entry is free of charge and everyone is warmly welcome, Slätt said to langrenn.com
Some of the best Cross-Country skiers are lined up for Sunday’s competition including Petter Northug and Marcus Hellner.
