The FIS World Cup Cross-Country season is rushing to its end. A few months ago, FIS introduced a new website focused on news from the world of Cross-Country Skiing. In a short period of time, numerous cross-country fans have found their way to www.fiscrosscountry.com. An absolute highlight of the season was the FIS Tour de Ski with 300'423 unique readers in only 13 days!
Many new features were introduced on fiscrosscountry.com this season: FIS Cross-Country TV delivers latest news, interviews and behind the scenes. Thomas Zipfel has been amusing fans with his cartoons. FIS Cross-Country Committee chairman Vegard Ulvang, Petra Majdic, Pierre Mignerey, Curdin Perl and FIS Race Director Jürg Capol have been blogging on fiscrosscountry.com to provide fans with an insider look into the sport.
