Sweden's top Cross-Country skier Marcus Hellner goes for another gold medal at the national championships in Östersund. Hellner claims victory in 15 km free ahead of Johan Olsson and Anders Södergren.
Hellner defended the victory against superior finish of Johan Olsson and took the gold medal by tiny 0.9 seconds. "It was all the way through between me and Johan. I started before Johan and I did not know hot it would end," Hellner said and praised his skis.
Hellner and Olsson were competiting in their own class. The battle for the third place was taking place more than a minute off tha pace. Anders Soedergren has found recently a winning momentum and edged out Daniel Rickardsson.
