Spar Cup is a series of 13 competitions in Norway. It is the highest quality races organized on Norwegian level. 84 ladies and 127 men were ranked this season. Series started in Sjusjøen and ended in Voss on April 9, 2010. On the men's side Horgi Up winner Petter Eliassen claimed overall victory with 616 points. First runner up Kristian Tettli Rennemo took 540 points. Arne Post is ranked as third with 369 points.

Ladies ranking was supremely dominated by Ingvild Flugstad Østberg who collected this season 598 points. Marte Elden was edged out to the second place overall with 492 points and Horgi Up winner from this weekend, Heidi Weng is ranked as third with 460 points.
