Second Swiss title for Dario Cologna as he wins 10 km Classic in Campra

Dario Cologna secured his second Swiss title at the nationals in Campra as he tops the podium in 10 km classic.

After the victory in sprint on Friday Cologna secured his second win in Campra as he was the quickest in Saturday's 10 km classic. Runner up Hannes Dotzler led the German squad to success, there were four German's in top 5. Tom Reichelt secured third place.

After 2.5 km Cologna was 12 second off the pace on Dotzler who was leading the way. At the halfway mark the time was even and Cologna was upping the tempo. Cologna was building up the margin to half a minute in the finish.

Cologna secured yesterday his 9th Swiss title and is now focusing on the upcoming World Cup events in Nove Mesto and Szklarska Poreba.

On the ladies' side it was again Germany's Sandra Ringwald who charged for victory ahead of Doris Trachsel. Manon Locatelli of France finished third. Swiss title went to Doris Trachsel.
