Swiss Cross-Country Skiing World Cup team traveled to Mallorca for the first training camp on 2nd May to kick off the summer training. In optimal weather conditions, Dario Cologna and Co. are sweating for the sake of the successful season 2012/2013.
With the support of Max Hürzeler Bicycle Holidays the athletes go for long road bike rides, carry out strength training sessions and collect first kilometers on roller skis.
In addition to two training sessions per day the team spirit is also in focus. Athletes, coaches and service team have only a little time to talk in the winter. Thus, the training camp in Mallorca actively being used by the whole squad to get to know each other better outside of the competition.
