Sylwia Jaskowiec (POL) transported to hospital after accident

According to Polish newspaper sport.pl was Sylwia Jaskowiec transported to hospital after having been involved in accident on 1 August.

Jaskowiec tried to avoid collision with oncoming vehicle and rid down into a side ditch where she hit a concrete pillar. "Patient is out of life danger" said to Polish media attending doctor Wojciech Dudek. Sylwia Jaskowiec suffered trauma of upper limb. Jaskowiec will be operated in hospital of St. Raphael in Krakow.

Sylwia Jaskowiec claimed 28th place in 10 km Classic in Whistler and was 24th in 30 km Free. Jaskowiec started her international career in Nove Mesto in 2004 at sprint event.
