Therese Johaug won the opening competition of the Blink Festival 2012, Lysebotn Opp. Johaug won the uphill roller skiing competition clearly in 32:34 almost a minute ahead of her compatriot Heidi Weng, who lost on the winner 59 sec. USA's Liz Stephen showed a good performance and claimed third place 01:01 off the pace.
Maurice Manificat led the French skiers to success and dominated the men's competition in 29:02.5. Jean Marc Gaillard lost on Manificat only +1.8 sec and finished second. Curdin Perl of Switzerland crossed the finish line +5.8 sec behind the winner and finished in third place.
